The HP Indigo 7900 raises the bar in digital print output – and raises customer response. This feature-rich press uses an array of inks and techniques to create truly unique products in the marketplace:
Raised Clear Ink – is used to enhance the tactile feel of the print surface. It can be laid over CMYK printing or as a separate layer in a design of its own. Whether it is used as a single micron layer for a varnished look (15 microns) or as a 30 or 50 micron layer for a truly tactile feel, people will pause when handling a piece – to take in the “wow” factor.
White Ink +CMYK on Neenah Classic Laid Epic Black 80C
White Ink – is used on dark substrates to create remarkable and stimulating visual images. Whether used alone of embossed effects on-site pantone (PMS) spot color matching.
Textured Effects – you’ll be “struck” by our ability to emboss and print in the same pass through the Indigo 7600 – saving you $$ and “impressing” your customers at the same time.

With capacity in excess of 1 million images per day at each of our locations, TPSi has proven capacity to render even the largest jobs quickly and efficiently in clear, crisp 600×600 dpi output.
Whether you are printing and mailing bills & statements, letters & direct mail, or newsletters & static inserts, TPSi prints statements that make a statement!
TPSi also prints checks and negotiable documents using the same high speed laser printers and MICR ink. We take the headache out of printing and mailing checks; including oil & gas revenue/royalties, refunds, AP, and any other negotiable documents.

The HP Indigo 7900 and 15K presses features CMYK+ white ink, clear ink (raised & varnish effects), textured effects, and spot color for 7 total ink stations at litho quality. Our press is equipped to onsite Pantone spot color mixing and matching. Additional inks, including Rhodamine Red, Bright Yellow, Purple, Reflex Blue, Green and Orange help insure a wider range of accurate Pantone Color Matching than any digital press on the market.
In today’s rushed society, time is of the essence. Short run, quick turn is the name of the game. With the HP Indigo presses, proofing can happen, literally, in minutes. Print output is exceptional (in both quality and quantity), with most jobs completing same day or next day.

TPSi presorts and mails in excess of 30 million pieces of mail each year. We stay up-to-date on the latest (and often-changing) USPS regulations so you don’t have to.
We use 2d Datamatrix barcodes to control every facet of mailing – allowing us to account for every piece of presorted mail we process. Our barcode technology allows us to selectively put up to 6 different inserts in each envelope. We track every sheet in an envelope by account number. We track every piece of mail by sequence number. We sort every job by itself to insure mail piece integrity and timely processing.
With the capacity to mail up to 200,000 pieces of mail/day at either facility, we have the capacity and redundancy to get your mail out the door in a timely fashion – often in 24 hours or less.

TPSi’s exclusive WebViewTool allows TPSi customers to upload, run and review files in a test environment, with no intervention needed by TPSi. Customers enjoy immediate results, allowing them to see how file data manipulation will affect print output.
This one tool greatly accelerates development of new applications and adjustments to existing applications.

TPSi hosts over 20 million images at any given time. Utility and Bank/Credit Union statements make up the majority of hosted images, but any customer can opt for a safe, encrypted, controlled-access image archive.
Images can be made available for just internal use (CSRs and selected Admin access) or for broader customer use (eStatement & eBill presentment).
TPSi typically hosts images for 13 to 18 months, but can adjust as needed for customers needs. Online images can be viewed an unlimited number of times by our clients and their customers.
