November 5, 2008: TPSi, a major digital document delivery company headquartered in Tulsa, Okla., announced today that it has opened a new facility in Albuquerque, N.M. to serve the western region of the country.
TPSi recently signed a contract with PNMR Services Company, for itself and all subsidiaries of its holding company PNM Resources. PNM Resources is an energy holding company headquartered in Albuquerque. PNM Resources and its subsidiaries market power throughout the Southwest, Texas and the West, and TPSi produces and mails more than 650,000 monthly bills for its customers.
“Our new agreement with PNM Resources precipitated the opportunity for TPSi to establish a presence in New Mexico and be positioned for continued growth as we meet the needs of our expanding client base,” said Fadel Iskander, TPSi’s Vice-President and Co-Founder. “We are a customer-driven company that has successfully structured our growth over more than three decades to specifically address our clients’ demands,” Iskander added.
TPSi is leasing a 44,000 square foot building, located at 1921 Girard Blvd. S.E. in Albuquerque. Over the next year, TPSi anticipates hiring 14 employees in New Mexico. It currently employs 28 people in its Tulsa location.

Their willingness to establish a location near us and respond readily to our needs was a factor in their selection,” Frank explained.
TPSi has equipped its Albuquerque facility with high-speed printers and high-speed intelligent mail insertion machines. It will print and stuff 2,400,000 pages into 1,200,000 finished mail pieces per month for New Mexico customers.
Privately held TPSi was founded in 1975. In 1978, the emphasis shifted from technical programming to computer output management and distribution services. The company has continually incorporated cutting edge technology to position the company at the forefront of the transactional document market.
TPSi operates 24/7/363 to produce both paper statements and e-statements for the financial, oil and gas, and utilities industries. In addition to PNM Resources, TPSi’s primary customers include Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, and Arkansas Utilities. The company also serves several dozen credit unions across the country.
Annually, TPSi prints more than 60 million pages, processes more than 40 million mail pieces and is online with more than 25 million e-statements.
